- Full Refunds: Eligible for items returned within the 30-day window and in original condition.

Please Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Shenny Luxury Fashion is at fault (e.g., defective items, incorrect shipments).
4. Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the replacement item. This allows for faster processing and ensures your preferred item is in stock.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
